ALOHA! I'm Michelle, 15 going on SWEET 16 5th February. I'm not a nerd though i'm in a triple science class, cross my heart. The Fairfield Choir is the best opportunity i ever got, and it'll rock your socks off. Starbucks is totally awesome and kicks ass! i know i didnt post about the class camp!

so sorry.
haha!
super tired and no mood(:
but i shall blog about today first:D

today woke up around 530,
then met deborah at the mrt at 6.30 and her dad fetched me:D
reache HCI around 6.45,
then waited for awhile and decided to go in after awhile:D
went to the canteen,
and later on had warms ups.
Mr tham made us do stretching and twisting.
and i was super shocked that he could bend down his back parallel to the floor!
super scary.
and no matter where he twists,
he's back is basically straight.
eeeyeeerrr!
super scary.
and he could twist 90 degrees!

super flexible!
haha.
later proceeded up to classrooms to practice.
ACS(i) and NJC were in te classrooms on both sides of ours.
NJC sang super loud!
Oh no wait,
its Hwa Chong themselves:D
i think.
whatever it is,
they sang super loud!

even when Mr Tham tried shouting you could still hear them
haha.
so later we entered in the auditorium,
and its super huge!
reminds me of those super huge lecture theatres:D
yupps,
then all the schools before us did pretty great,
and later after the 6th school sang,
we had a break.
so deborah, minxian, yee wei, faye, chin wei, rebecca and i went to refill water and go to the washroom.
but earlier on at the level above,
the girls toilet was on the left.
so,
the blur me thought they were all the same on all levels and i dragged rebecca to the left!
then rebecca dragged me back but i didnt get it so i walked a few more steps to the toilet on the left before everyone(our 'gang') shouted at me
michelle!
its the guys toilet!

argh.
even the cleaning lady there laughed so hard:D
but i admit it was super funny.
so i let rebecca pull me into the correct toilet.
argh,
super super super malu! :D
lol.
then later,
we sat down again and when nanyang girls performed,
i already felt my stomach jumping!
then when we walked upstage later i calmed down abit.
pasigin,
sops rushed alittle.
but generally better than what we expected:D
could hear people fumbling over the words though.
but when it was time for rikas,
my whole leg was shaking and my stomach was like some washing machine.
LOL.
super scary.
then we did quite great in the first part.
but when it came to the part we had to scream and the basses recite something,
the managed a 'ka'something something then they stopped.
oh my,
suddenly it seemed like the world just stopped,
and everyone froze.
then a few people in the audience giggled and our choir giggled alittle too,
but not everyone.
then i could tell mr tham was a little disappointed when they stopped,
but he still laughed over it and asked them to continue.
overall,
its was good,
but later on at judging the china guy said we could have made it more humourous
as in he thought the song was supposed to be humourous but we didnt make it funny enough.
that was the worst comment ever!

i mean,
to have your song mistaken for another feeling.
argh.
i almost felt like giving up.
like deborah and the others who were stunned too.
but well,
if there had been a top bottom,
we would be sure to be there,
but i guess miss lim was in a good mood too.
someone said she raised her hands over her head to clap for us!
probably she felt we did so much better than when she last saw us.
but whatever it is,
to know that she was kind of happy to clap like that though she did for a few schools,
it was a form of encouragement to me already.
oh well,
later we all walked to serene centre after realising it was a walkable distance!
spent $5 at mac thanks to rebecca D:

then went island creamery,
took a few pictures,
then ate reversO and cookies and cream with rebecca cos i didnt want to spend too much:D
then took a few more pics before walking to catch 74,
which we all had to run after for!
too bad minxian couldnt go.
i believe it would have been a little more lively.
and yee wei, rebecca and i threw fries outside to the birds!
and they hung around waiting for more:D
hahha!
then bus-ed back to dover MRT,
talked about some choir people along the way,
and just nwo me and deborah made a discovery!

and i'll miss deborah super lot when she goes china!
